Discussion of national and international experience in resolving human conflicts with a polar bear.
Topics planned for discussion:
- Understanding the behavior of a polar bear is the key to resolving conflicts with a predator;
- Organization of living space in conditions of constant risk of the presence of a polar bear. Methods and principles of driving off polar bears. Safety rules when meeting a polar bear;
- Ways and methods of moving polar bears from populated areas.
